Who is Cassandra Smith?!

Well, I may be a new player in this game called real estate but I am in no way a rookie! I have been privileged to have a family full of REALTORS®! Cousins, uncle, and of course my father! Though each one of them has done their part to mold me into the best agent I can be. I have decided to team up with my father, James Goddard with his 26+ years of experience, and together we make The Marketing Maniac Team! As the name states we are “in it to win it!” Doing our absolute best to get your home SOLD!

When I’m not diligently working I enjoy horses with my wild sport called ‘Vaulting’ which is dance and gymnastics on the back of a moving horse. Sounds crazy right? Because it is! Although I may enjoy horses the most I am a HUGE animal lover! Cats, Dogs, Guinea Pigs, you name it I love them all!

My other passion is baking! I love to make cakes, cookies, and ice cream! I left my career as a pastry chef to pursue bigger and better things and follow in my father’s footsteps to become an amazing real estate agent. Although sometimes I miss the hustle and bustle of the kitchen I still make time to bake for all my friends and family!
