When selling, I will help you successfully market and sell your home in your current market.  I offer a marketing program that is powerful enough to reach distant shores, and sophisticated enough to find home buyers where they live and work. Our initial consultation is critical in positioning your home to sell quickly for the highest price and with the best terms.  Often buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. As a real estate and a staging professional, I can help you make your home most attractive to the broadest audience possible.

Born in Washington, DC, having lived in Maryland, California, and Massachusetts, I moved to New Hampshire in 1985 and fell in love with the people, the communities and the history. As a microwave engineer, I loved the detailed work of designing microwave integrated circuits (BSEE, University of Maryland; MSEE Stanford University) and tapping the wealth of knowledge in New England's educational institutions. As a pilot, I enjoy visiting the small airports and towns in New England; and as a gardener I revel in the profusion of species, colors, and fragrances of plants that grow here. However, it is the people who make New England one of the best places to live; and the place I call HOME.

In Massachusetts this includes the towns of Chelmsford, Westford, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, Groton, Pepperell, Townsend, Concord (MA), Bedford (MA), Lincoln, Dracut, Carlisle, Tewksbury, Billerica, Wilmington, Burlington, Woburn, Wilmington, Reading, Stoneham, Methuen, Haverhill, and Andover as well as the city of Lowell.
In Maine this includes the towns of York, Ogunquit, Wells, and Kittery.
