In 2006 Joseph started his real estate career as he joined a local commercial real estate firm representing Owners, Buyers, and Tenants with leasing and sales primarily in the office, retail, and industrial sectors. 
In late 2008  he established his real estate brokerage firm with the commitment of providing the same versatile knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals.  
In November 2022, and having completed multi-million dollar transactions and millions in sales and lease transactions in the past few years,  he decided to become a member of the Caldwell Banker commercial real estate team, and tap into their enormous resources and exposure. This move will add a tremendous level of know-how and expertise to his portfolio and afford him a high level of national and international exposure.
