Lance Branham is The Managing Broker-in-Charge for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He wears many different hats in this role including but not limited to Therapist, Motivator, and Manager. He started his career in 1998 working for an upstart Telecom company, VoiceStream Wireless, where he managed several retail locations. He later transitioned into Market Management when his company was acquired by Deutsche Telecom. His career took a sharp turn from one growing industry to another, when he took advantage of an opportunity in 2004 from David Weekley Homes to manage and launch their Internet Sales Platform. This is where his relationship with the Real Estate industry would go from “like” to “love”! Once their platform was set up and functioning at a high level his company tapped him on the shoulder to help launch and sell one of their new construction developments, which would ultimately be his focus for the next twelve years. After managing and selling in New Construction he got an opportunity in 2017 to go into General Brokerage for one of the oldest and most recognizable brands in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Coldwell Banker.

His passion for real estate and community continue to grow in Charlotte as he helps to serve and develop his agents with a focus on Giving back through “Coldwell Banker Cares”. In his free time, he enjoys playing the part of a wannabe BBQ pit master, acoustic guitar, tailgating at The University of South Carolina Football games with family and friends, and of course writing about himself in the third person.
