Marian has been a residential real estate specialist for over since 1994. She is consistently ranked in the top 10% of the agents in her office and has been in Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Top 150 agents in the Greater Saint Louis Region for many years including 2018.

She is an instructor and mentor for Coldwell Banker Gundaker as well as on the Coldwell Banker Gundaker Sales Advisory Board. She has presented at real estate seminars and actively promotes integrity and ethics in real estate.

Personal

Marian is a full time Realtor who takes her commitment to her clients seriously because this profession is also her passion. This is why she was able to raise two boys as a single mother while successfully paving the foundation for the extraordinary business she has today. If she is not out showing property or hosting an open house she is at her desk researching the latest statistics to make sure that her clients get the best representation available.

After 13 years in Texas working on such projects as the Stacy Dam and the Federal Reserve from an engineering perspective, she returned to Saint Louis where she merged her expertise in engineering, marketing, and negotiation into a very successful Real Estate Career.
