ABOUT ME:
I moved to Rochester with wife Jen in 2006 from South Dakota. I have been in real estate since that time. We have four children, which makes life fun and exciting. When I am not working I am spending time with family friends, golfing, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing. I also have a background in construction, masonry and business. I also spend time volunteering for various local organizations. I try to get my kids involved as much as possible as well.

Zach assisted us with our purchase of a HUD home. Although purchasing a home from HUD promised to be a challenging, complex process, Zach did an excellent job of educating us about the processes and helping us to make informed decisions along the way. He was very patient. I know we asked him the same questions many times, but he was always very helpful, accommodating, and responsive.
