Since the early 1980's, The Kellum Group has been guided by a set of principles. Over the years, they have been modified to reflect a changing environment, but the basic mission has remained the same.

Cory along with The Kellum Group are available for many different services, personalized to exactly fit your needs. We develop our client relationships to make the process as smooth as possible. Every member of the Kellum group has two or three specialty areas. This allows us to work in the many niche segments of the market. This benefits our clients by allowing them to work with the very best there is no matter what areas of the market they are looking to enter. We here at the Kellum Group specialize, we don't generalize.

Technology
The Kellum Group has always led the way in emerging real estate technologies. We have team members from three generations, we have baby boomers, gen x and gen y on board with us. This allows our team to connect with as many perspective buyers and sellers as possible. We understand the technological needs of all of the generation, from those that need regular phone calls to those that only communicate through text messages, we can do it all.
