I started my career in new construction, building spec houses all over Southern Maine and then decided to get my real estate license so I could sell existing properties, residential and commercial.

 The market is very complicated and has changed dramatically in the last couple of years due to low inventory and rising interest rates. For buyers it's not as easy as finding the home you want and making an offer, you have to be super aggressive and know what to include in the offer and what not to include.
