Personal Background

Stu is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting and Business. After receiving an honorable discharge from the US Army in 1969 he spent 22 years as president of St Mary's Press, a book printer. He has been in Real Estate since 1992 and holds the AHWD, GRI, CBR and MRP designations. He has served on the board of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors as a Director and Secretary/Treasurer and has been on numerous committees. He is currently the Chairman of the MAR Realtor Institute Advisory Committee, Past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and is a past president of the Distinguished Sales Club. He has also been a speaker at the Maryland Association of Realtors annual conference, is an instructor for the Realtor Institute and Maryland Association of Realtors. He is a member and past president of the Maryland Real Estate Educators Association. Stu has been one of the top producing agents for many years and has received numerous awards for sales and community service and in 2004 was inducted into the PGCAR Hall of Fame..

Stu has been a member of the Boy Scouts for many years and has served as an adult leader trainer, assistant scoutmaster and district chairman. He is a recipient of the distinguished Eagle Scout award and the Silver Beaver. He has been a member of the American Legion for over 27 years and he has participated in many community events as a volunteer.

Stu has 3 grown sons and 4 grand children. In his spare time he enjoys international travel with his wife of 57 years.

After over 50 years in sales, I have gained the knowledge and experience I need to help my clients and customers get exactly what they are looking for at a price they can handle. I treat every person I work with exactly the way I would want to be treated. For me, real estate is not just a hobby or a job. It is my career and a very important part of my life.
I have lived in this area for for over 50 years and am extremely familiar with all area markets. I hold the AHWD, GRI, CBR and MRP designations, an accomplishment held by a very few in the real estate profession. Along with a degree in accounting and business I have much to offer those I work with.
