Rita has lived in the DC METRO area since 1973. She has worked in MD, DC VA Real Estate Industry and has been a full-time agent  since 1990. During this time she volunteered in community organizations, received many real estate industry awards and worked successfully with numerous local agents. • Rita has been a resident of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area for over 48 years, and a resident of Montgomery County for over 40 years, and has lived in Washington DC and Northern Virginia as well. Rita has been selling single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, new construction and resales throughout her real estate career.

Rita has extensive knowledge of the geographic regions, school systems, and all of the happenings in the exciting vibrant DMV. Rita has enthusiasm with the properties she lists, a true promoter, she studies the market trends with pricing, she offers suggestions that are cost beneficial when preparing homes to sell. Rita is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Business; she was a member of PHI Gamma Nu Sorority; she ran in the 4th Marine Corps Marathon, 1979; she is involved in golf and skiing, and volunteers with Maryland Special Olympics.
