More about Dale McCullough

Home. It’s a place where you can gather together, entertain, relax and reset for the next day. Home means something different to everyone, and it’s my job as your REALTOR® to listen to your wants and needs while selling your house and finding a new place to call home. I have worked in the landscape and construction industry since 1972 when my father started his own business. Inspired by my father, I started my own landscaping business in 1995, which I then transformed into a home construction company in 2002. During my career I have held a Maryland home improvement license, tree expert license, and pesticide applicators license. Having also built my first home and completely rehabbed seven homes, I have the expertise and experience to help my clients make sound decisions when purchasing a home. This experience has taught me how to listen to my clients’ needs, budget, and expectations, and to provide excellent customer service.

Honesty and loyalty are essential in every business relationship, and my goal is to meet your needs and surpass your expectations. I promise to stay in touch with you after closing and to continue to provide you and those you know with excellent real estate service. Previous clients would tell you that you can come to me with a problem and if I can’t fix it I will do my best to help any way I can. My grandfather taught me that if you want to succeed you must give it your all, and that is how I approach life and my business goals to this day. Your goals are my goals, and I will do my best to help you achieve them.

Originally from Dundalk, I have been a resident of Baltimore County my whole life and am very familiar with the area and various neighborhoods, which is an advantage when helping my clients buy and sell their homes. An alumnus of Archbishop Curley High School and graduate of Patapsco High School, I also attended CCBC and received an AA degree in Horticulture. I have also served as an instructor at CCBC and enjoy teaching as much as learning.

As a career businessman, I believe in giving back to our local communities and have supported my children’s schools, church, as well as the CCBC Horticulture program summer projects, which helped beautify the campus; these gardens are still present on campus today. I have also pledged a portion of all my settlement proceeds to the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, which has raised more than $1 million for more than 100 non-profit organizations in our local community, such has the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Vehicles for Change, and many others.

When I am not busy helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three daughters, and two dogs, Sadie and Harley. In 2013 my wife had a stroke and it has changed our lives; I have been her caregiver since then and have adjusted to accommodate her needs. This has taught me patience and humility. I also enjoyed building a custom Harley Chopper, which took over 12 months, and was a lot of fun. My wife and I rode the bike to Ocean City that summer at the annual Bike Week event, and I was proud of the compliments it received.

I appreciate the opportunity to get to know you and to earn your business. I will work hard to help you achieve your real estate goals and look forward to hearing from you. Please call or text me at 443-829-3177 or email me at dale.mccullough@cbmove.com and let’s get moving!
