After years of working in marketing, management and administration, Justin decided to pursue real estate advising because he saw an opportunity to change lives with each transaction. On top of helping folks buy and sell homes, Justin pledges to donate a part of each commission to a charitable cause.

His Story

After being diagnosed with a stage 4 Glioblastoma in January 2021, Justin completed 12 rounds of treatment, moved back to Maryland, and began working on his real estate license. The diagnosis of terminal cancer put a lot in perspective and has led to a clear life mission: to help others. In his spare time he is volunteering, working on writing and recording a country album, spending time with family and friends and doing his best to help those in need.

Maryland Native

Justin is a Maryland native with two years real estate experience throughout the state and two years in leading and competitive markets out-of-state. He grew up and attended school in Maryland (St. Mary's College of Maryland - go Seahawks!). He is drawn to the culture, natural beauty, and most importantly the people of his home state.

Justin is actively involved in and serves the community by volunteering for causes such as the Ulman Foundation, Boys Girls Clubs, Imerman Angels and WTMD Radio.

Work experience

Justin has 10 years experience in marketing and administration. He first got involved in real estate in 2018 as a marketing coordinator for Coldwell Banker (in the second-ranked real estate office in the U.S.!). Then, for three years until his diagnosis, he spent time in the country’s hottest commercial real estate market, Austin, TX, as an office manager and marketing coordinator. He was integral in negotiating leases and implementing strategies to navigate the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic.

With experience in teaching, event planning, and other fast-paced industries, Justin is well adjusted to high pressure situations. He carries a proven record of adaptability throughout his varied experience, which is indispensable in the ever-changing world of real estate.
