Why am i a REALTOR?

The reason I became a REALTOR® is simple.  I love to do this work.  Whether it is finding you the right place to live or selling a property you own, I am passionate about helping you meet your real estate needs.  

Areas of Expertise

My two areas of expertise are condominiums and rental properties.  

I currently serve as a Trustee for two condominium associations.  This has given me great insight into how condominium associations work and what buyers need to consider when purchasing a condominium.

Since 2005, I have owned and managed several rental properties.  As a successful real estate investor I am able to pass on valuable advice to those seeking investment opportunities in real estate.

Communities I Serve

I am very active in two Massachusetts real estate markets, the Greater Boston area and the Great Haverhill area.

As a resident of Boston's South End neighborhood, I have had the opportunity to really get to know the market in Boston and the surrounding areas.  One of my favorite weekend activities is attending open houses in and around the city!

I am originally from Haverhill, Massachusetts and manage several rental properties in that area.  I still have family in Haverhill and am constantly evaluating the market in and around that area.
