Over the past 35 years I have been fortunate to be involved in every aspect of the Real Estate business. My hands-on experience has included    substantial representation of buyers, sellers, & builders in the Waltham and Greater Boston Area. Whether it be single family, multi family, condo conversion, new Construction, or Subdivision Development, I enjoy every new challenge. In addition to the brokerage role, I have served as a Partner/Participant in remodeling, general contracting, & New Construction Projects in Greater Boston Area & extending to Subdivision Development in West Falmouth. I am a Waltham native with a large immediate & extended family with deep roots to the community. My Father & Uncle were founders of Warrendale Little League. I further kept the family love of Waltham Sports alive by coaching baseball in the league . Additionally I became extensively involved in the Waltham Park & Recreation Dept. over a 15yr. time frame in which I served as Hockey Clinic Director, Teen Outreach Supervisor, Youth Football Coach, and in a variety of roles at Waltham's Prospect Ski Area.  As a Waltham High graduate I went on to continue my education 1st at Boston College then to Suffolk Law. Over the years my community involvement in Waltham continued by my serving as an Assistant High School Hockey Coach, serving on local chapter of Cancer Society, serving on Special Zoning committee for City of Waltham, and currently serving in a variety of roles with the Launch Foundation  a Charitable Organization based in Waltham assisting with multiple  needs of our Veterans.
