Prior to his real estate career, John had a successful executive career working for Anheuser Busch, Bristol Myers, Waste Management and Cendant Corporation and a successful public affairs and business development consulting practice.

To continue to expand his horizons, John joined forces with Karan Bazin, his wife of 35 years, creating “Team Bazin.” Combined, they have nearly 150 real estate transactions experience. Born and raised in Missouri, Karan and John have lived in the mid-West and up and down the Atlantic coast (North Carolina, New Jersey, and Massachusetts). Having raised their family living in four very different states, experienced job-related relocations, and owned and managed a dozen different homes and rental properties, they are uniquely qualified to help you buy, sell, rent or invest.

John has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology – a rare skill set that brings together what matters most in a real estate transaction – a keen understanding of the numbers, and a caring and compassionate ability to listen to your needs.

John enjoys playing golf and being an investor. Together Karan and John have successfully raised three children who now live in Boston, Brooklyn, and Charlotte.
