Demetric is a lifelong Bostonian. He ventured into the world of real estate in 1998, purchasing a variety of property types and managing rental properties. This knowledge coupled with his experience teaching has provided him with valuable skills that he uses every day in educating home-buyers and sellers, real estate negotiations, and marketing the team’s listings.  When he’s not assisting his real estate clients, he enjoys reading, boxing, and traveling.
