When providing my service to clients, I take the overall picture of each client's needs into consideration since everyone's ideas of the "best" property are quite different. I have been living in the Greater Boston Area for more than 10 years. Being an owner and manager of multiple properties in the area gave me better insights on the kinds of things to be aware of, as well as what to expect before/during/after a real estate transaction.

Years of work in the real estate field has showered me with knowledge of the market, such as price/terms analysis to win over a bid in very competitive situations, or negotiations in a relatively slow market. Having a Master of Science degree from Northeastern University and a background in Project Management also enabled me to become a successful Realtor.

In order to call myself a good agent, I truly believe in the importance of providing quality service to clients, although the value that it has is not so obvious in the early stages of a real estate transaction. A good agent is patient, responsive, provides knowledge about the market, helps price negotiation which can save clients a lot of time and money down the road. Additionally, a good agent will share all real estate affiliated connections that he/she has built. With all my clients' endorsements and experiences of handling transactions from $200K to $42.5M (proud to be part of it!), I am proud to say that I am a great agent who can step into my clients' shoes and provide valuable service that continues even after the transaction is completed.
