Luxus Advisors founder Natasha Mahan started her journey into luxury residential real estate working with renowned companies like Otis & Ahearn, Inc. as Senior Executive Vice President and Douglas Elliman Realty’s Boston Division as Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, she found a home at Coldwell Banker Realty/Realogy which boasts the #1 Market Share in Total Share Volume in Boston, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States.

Natasha always makes herself openly available to her clients, providing individualized white glove service with the understanding that every client, every property and every project is unique. She is extremely data driven, with a strong eye for detail. She spends much of her time analyzing the local market and its trends, as well as macro events going on globally, and applies her knowledge to her clients’ real estate investments. Aside from being analytical, Natasha loves to express herself creatively working alongside architects, general contractors, developers, interior designers and landscape architects, while always first advocating for her clients’ needs, which are paramount to her.

Natasha has been living in Boston since 2003 and has witnessed the city achieve “Global City” status, in addition to her affection for the city’s history and continuous evolution, she is a supporter and volunteer at Rosie’s Place womens shelter and a supporter of the MSPCA-Angell Animal Medical Center. She currently resides in the Seaport District where she loves to walk along the Boston Harborwalk with her Papillon dog, Leonard, enjoying the city’s museums (especially the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Institute of Contemporary Art), applauding the Celtics/Patriots/Red Sox/Bruins, and enjoying the city’s dining and hospitality. When not working 24/7, she enjoys traveling as often as possible and spending time with her dear friends and family.
