Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise include representing buyers in the complex journey of finding the right home in Boston's most beautiful neighborhoods. Navigating the "right" street, the "right" side of the street, the best location on the street, the best location in the building, the best units for value retention, etc. as well as the complex workings of condo associations, neighborhood associations, building permitting processes, and the list goes on. I also have significant experience representing property owners and helping them with the sometimes difficult process of deciding when to list, how to go to market, mapping out a marketing plan and pricing strategy, and thinking "out of the box" when targeting potential buyer pools. I also have helped many "empty nesters" explore their options once they decide to move from their larger homes into the city. I currently reside in Hingham, MA and have a particular interest in helping those downsizing from Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate back into the city.Community Involvement

Personal Background

Originally from Greenwich, CT, I have been a Boston resident for over 25 years, 10 of which have been spent on Beacon Hill. The majority of my career has been spent in the financial services industry (Securities Brokerage/Capital Markets/Asset Management) either as a market participant or a consultant to various clients (State Street, UBS, Capital Group, Morgan Stanley, Standard & Poor's, Fidelity). Although I know and enjoy the financial services industry, my passion is real estate. I have been a real estate investor for over 20 years, own several rental properties and love showing clients the beautiful and unique historic properties that are part of Boston's Beacon Hill and Back Bay neighborhoods. Although markets continue to rise and fall within the larger macroeconomic context, the unique character and architecture of our local market remains increasingly appealing to all potential buyers both local and international. I currently reside in Hingham, MA with my family and welcome the opportunity to introduce any potential buyers from the South Shore to the unique and exceptional properties we have on Beacon Hill and in the Back Bay.Communities I Serve
