Sue is a native of this area and has experienced the fast growth in our suburban communities. She has extensive management experience in Customer Service having had a previous career at AT&T and has dedicated her work life to exceptional customer service. Buying and Selling with Sue

Sellers: Your listing needs to appeal to every possible demographic, therefore it needs to be highlighted in-print and online in order to capture the largest number of potential buyers. Sue is very hands-on with her listings. She likes her seller's to know that they will deal with her directly and that it will be her knowledge and expertise that is applied to all of your marketing materials, showings, negotiations, and contract management. She often hears that homes are not selling but firmly believes that if the home is priced right and marketed effectively it will sell. She is committed to this goal and passionate about what she does. Putting the buyer in their dream home is an amazing feeling and she is excited to be able to find that right buyer for your home.

Buyers: Sue does your leg work...literally. She goes to broker opens weekly and makes sure that she is knowledgeable and familiar with the inventory in your area. Sue typically uses a team approach with you. She will let you run your search online and will make suggestions, add comments and send you additional new listings to consider. Communication is key in this team. Sue checks in with you by email, text or phone (whichever is your preference) to be sure that she keeps up to date with any changes in your search or priority list. Sue knows that whether you are a first-time buyer or seasoned buyer there may be questions or possible problems. As your advocate she is always available to answer questions or assist in solving problems.
