My name is Jonathan Jay Williams. I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, Real estate investor/ landlord and short term rental super host with AirBnb. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I entered the real estate world as a real estate investor. As an investor, I have acquired 5 properties totaling 13 units over the course of 10 years.

I have obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Administration with a concentration in general business at East West University. I graduated with honors. Thereafter, I transitioned to Graduates School At Roosevelt University to obtain my MBA. Before leaving early to start my real estate career, my Grad school GPA was 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. I’m a Husband of 12 years and a father of 3 intelligent daughters.
