Having spent nearly his whole life on the North Shore, he also spent time in living in Chicago's Gold Coast area and has extensive knowledge of Chicagoland spanning from downtown to Wisconsin. While he works throughout the Chicagoland area, his greatest areas of expertise include Highland Park, Deerfield, Glencoe, Highwood, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Evanston, Kenilworth, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview, Northbrook, Libertyville, and Mundelein.

With a background in international business, Brendan has developed keen negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple multimillion dollar projects simultaneously.
