Founder of the Gubbins Group of Coldwell Banker, Colin is a licensed real estate broker with over 17 years of experience serving clients along the North Shore of Chicago, including Glenview, Highland Park, Wilmette, Winnetka, and Northbrook as well within the city of Chicago.  Colin is dedicated to honesty, integrity, professionalism, and works diligently to deliver unparalleled results to all his clients including buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and landlords.  

As a licensed real estate broker with a background in finance and appraising, Colin’s strengths involve a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and the factors which influence it, His focus is to provide his clients with the best personalized service and results in the industry.  Most of all Colin cares!  His relationship with his clients does not end when the ink dries on the contract, he is in for the long haul.

Before real estate, Colin spent 22 years as a commodity trader in the rough and tumble pits of The Chicago Board of Trade.  He and his wife Carol have lived in Glenview for over 30 years, raising their three children there.  Colin spends his time outside real estate visiting his three children, (in Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York), playing golf, cooking, and serving in leadership roles at his parish Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
