Safwan Patel has been working and becoming familiar with the downtown area ever since he moved from Michigan, 10 years ago. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree and is excited to use all that he has learned in order to provide exceptional customer service. He will take a collaborative approach in order to ensure the clients find the best property out there, in the areas they are interested in.

He finds pleasure in assisting others whether it be a rental property for students or a home for a family to grow in. He has worked with various clients throughout his time in real estate, ranging from college students, to families, to people interested in investment. Every experience is unique to him, and he hopes to build lasting relationships.
