More about Dave Shefren
Passionate About Smart Real Estate Moves
Dave Shefren is a Coldwell Banker Realty real estate broker serving home buyers, sellers, and investors in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs including the North Shore. Dave started out his career with a REO (foreclosure) brokerage in 2010, shortly after the housing crash of 2008 when foreclosures were at an all-time high. He played an instrumental role in the sale of hundreds of millions of dollars in sales over that time. His role included the complete management, marketing, and sale of hundreds of properties at a time located all over the Chicagoland area. This was an invaluable experience and helping clients buy and sell properties became one of his biggest strengths.
Helping Investors Make the Right Financial Decisions
Dave is an expert at working with investors and building their portfolio of assets. As a trusted advisor, you can rely on Dave’s expertise to guide you through the investment process of what can be rather complicated multi-family buildings, single family residences, and commercial properties.
Working with Buyers, Sellers, and Foreclosures
As a great negotiator, Dave has helped with the sale process of thousands of properties. In addition, he was never too busy to take on any family, friends, or referrals who came his way looking to buy or sell their home. Working with new home buyers is one of his favorite parts of the job, and one he rates as most satisfying. In an industry that can be challenging and quite demanding at times, it is important to work with someone who will raise the bar to provide exceptional service and outstanding results. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dave has built a reputation for just that.
Get to Know Dave
Dave resides in the northwest side of Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. In his spare time, you will likely find him out at one of the many neighborhood spots, playing soccer in Humboldt Park, planning a ski trip out west, at an Orange Theory class, or hanging with some of his friends watching an Italian soccer match.
