Shruti first started her career as a marketing specialist for a well-known Chicago luxury developer and real estate firm. She quickly became is well-versed in highly effective real estate marketing strategies. Her experience made her realize how much she enjoyed the business and she soon became a full-time agent, joining Coldwell Banker to gain an international reach.
It wasn’t long before she found success, becoming a multi-million dollar listing agent. Through ongoing professional development, Shruti continues to grow and learn today. She feels a strong online presence is imperative to get a listing in front of potential buyers. She approaches her marketing strategy from all sides with internet marketing, virtual tours, realty blogging, podcasts and targeted messaging.

A resident of Chicago for over 8 years, Shruti currently resides in Streeterville. Although she does business all over Chicagoland, as well as several areas in Indiana, Shruti focuses on Chicago’s Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, South Loop and River West neighborhoods. In addition, Shruti has worked internationally with clients from London, Dubai and Argentina, as well as nationally with clients relocating and investing from New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco.
