As a member of GC Luxury Group, Rudy has been licensed since 1998 serving the Chicago market. Starting with a boutique firm, The Cardinal Group, he made the move to Keller Williams in 1999 when they opened in Chicago. In January 2012, Coldwell Banker Realty purchased all Keller Williams City offices and he’s been with the firm since that acquisition.

Being part of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury network gives us the opportunity to help find the right home in 44 countries around the world. Rudy is connected to one of the largest groups of luxury agents on the globe including other brands. Our focus on our local markets is The Loop, The West Loop, The South Loop, River North, River West, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Logan Square and The Gold Coast in Chicago.

A native of Mexico, he’s been a US resident since 1979, prior to real estate, Rudy began a career in the marketing research industry. Following a long-held passion, Rudy opened Fressia Fresh Flowers in the Lake View neighborhood and was recognized as one of the finest floral design professionals in Chicago.

Rudy is a resident of the South Loop and a broker with the Coldwell Banker Gold Coast office on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Milestones

Along the way, Rudy and team members found success in the new construction condominium development that was much of the Chicago market for nearly a decade at the time and still strong today. Also, landing in the luxury space was the right fit and remains his passion.
