Personal Background:  

Being a full-time broker with seventeen years of real estate negotiating experience, I am committed to my clients and dedicated to their best interests. As a Luxury Property Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Consultant with certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures, I am better able to meet my clients' needs along with my firsthand knowledge of active, pending, and previously sold inventory. My proficiencies include buying, renovating, and selling properties in the Chicagoland area and northwest suburban areas. Additionally, I have capabilities in buying/selling personal estate items, as well as buying/selling precious metals and diamonds. My many years of negotiations enable me to provide solutions to unique real estate situations which also extend to international clients who may be looking to relocate.  

In summary, I have certifications as a Luxury Property Specialist, Certified Negotiations Consultant, and Short Sale/Foreclosure Realtor as well as being an International Negotiations Agent.    

As early as the 1950’s I have always enjoyed connecting with people since I grew up in a family who owned multiple Chicagoland area "ma and pa" sausage stores, which bore the family name Harczak's Sausage. Working in wholesale production and sales gave me invaluable opportunities to meet and be of service to people of all ethnicities. 

As a hobby I obtained a multi-engine, instrument-rated, commercial pilot’s license and took pleasure in many years of flying. I have also been happily married for forty-three years, and I am very proud of our two wonderful married children, their spouses, and three grandchildren.
