Mai Todorov has been in the business of customer service for the longer span of her career. She is used to dealing with people and being able to amicably find resolutions. It is her “mediator-like” nature and being the voice of reason in most situations that make her interactions with her clients a pleasant one.

Before making the move to the real estate industry, Mai went to Loyola University for two years, eventually graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. With her marketing background and experience as a restaurant manager, she knew she could connect with clients on many different levels and be able to offer the best customer service as a real estate agent.

Mai joined Coldwell Banker, not only because it is a reputable company that has been around for many years, but also because she is open to learning everything necessary and knew she could find the resources she needs at this company. She knew that having access to classes that share information on topics such as, new technology and social media, as well as, access to coaching and mentoring would ultimately help her be able to guide her clients in the best way possible.

Having been a Chicago resident nearly all her life, Mai looks forward to taking her personal knowledge of the city and combining that with her real estate knowledge to help her clients find the perfect home for them!

Making the transition seemed natural because she has had an interest in real estate since a young age. Her decision to become an agent was fueled by her love of looking at houses, as well as, finding a sense of satisfaction once she has helped someone find something they love, sell something they don’t want to hold on to, or helped someone make money off their investment. She takes pride in running her business based on her strong morals and values and treats her clients with the utmost care.

Mai’s main focus is being a major asset to someone during one of the biggest financial decisions they will make. She truly cares about her client’s investments and strives to make sure that they are making the right choice for them. She sees it as her duty to do everything in her power to help along the way and be as informative as possible.
