Originally from Brazil, Julia is open to diverse people and cultures. She speaks three languages fluently (Portuguese, Spanish, and French). As Vice President, North America Relations for a major ocean cruise firm, Julia developed a sophisticated understanding of how to deliver a high level of customer service to her affluent clientele. “I love to help people,” Julia states, “making sure that my clients have a trouble free experience is what I strive for.”
