During the winter of 2013 Josie Ashmore and her team successfully sold my mother's house located in Cedar Rapids in less than 60 days. Moving an elderly parent from their home is an emotional experience but Josie's team was able go from listing to closing in less than 60 days. The house had been on the market for six months with little marketing strategy other than a slide of listing price lowering. Josie took over the listing and completed an accurate market analysis which resulted in a substantial increase in listing price.
