Marisol Finnegan is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker serving sellers, buyers and renters in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Marisol has always been dedicated to outstanding client service, having transitioned into Real Estate after a successful career in Interior Design. She is passionate about helping her clients and is thrilled to be able to blend her love of design and real estate.

Marisol is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is able to relate to many cultures and tend to language preferences. She loves every aspect of the business--the excitement, the challenges and is always available to answer questions because her clients come first. Marisol works with sellers to promote their homes with a variety of marketing programs, to establish proper pricing, educate them on current market conditions and maximize their return on investment. Marisol’s interior design background gives her a unique advantage when placing a home on the market consulting on the current design and staging trends that buyers may be looking for in the home.
Marisol is here to provide guidance to buyers through the entire process, from consultation to closing. Marisol considers herself a resource to her clients whether helping first time homebuyers navigate the often-complex real estate process, or consulting seasoned buyers on upsizing, downsizing and investment opportunities. Marisol has been a resident of Prospect Height since 2006, she is married and is a proud mother of three children. She loves dogs and in her free time she enjoys reading a good book, oil painting, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
