About

Angelica Recaido is a Real Estate Agent and Transaction Manager for Coldwell Banker Realty and founder/CEO for Team Pro LLC, Partnerships in Real Estate Operations. She brings over nine years of experience in real estate specializing in residential, commercial, 1031 exchange, and vacant land/lot sales.

Angelica, has always had a genuine desire to help and serve others which permeates through real estate and beyond. While in the process of obtaining her Social Work degree at University of Hawaii, at Manoa, she worked as a tutor helping students achieve their goal of graduation at her high school alma mater, James Campbell High School. She also extended her time and compassion as an intern and mentor for at-risk teens at Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy.

Angelica honed her sales, service, and negotiation skills during her time as an Ownership Consultant at Wyndam Waikiki. Shortly after, she became Coldwell Banker Realty's Real Estate Agent and Transaction Manager.
