Born and raised on O’ahu, Leticia is a graduate of ʻAiea High School. After graduating, Leticia moved to Kauai where she resided for the next twenty years. In 2015, Leticia moved back home with her family. Together, her and her husband share three children. Leticia’s ability to talk with ease and create genuine bonds with those she interacts with also applies through her career as a licensed hairstylist. As a hairstylist, Leticia is eager and passionate in helping individuals look and feel their very best while meeting their needs. For volunteer work, Leticia utilized her hairstyling skills by providing services to participants at the Institute for Human Services, Inc. In the past, Leticia has also donated her time giving free hair services to homeless men, women, and children who were sheltered at a facility home on Kauai.
