Understanding the market trends, communicating effectively, negotiating successfully, and knowing the legality of contracts, are Beth’s greatest strengths. She enjoys the creative side of marketing, photography, and staging, as well. She has local knowledge of specific neighborhood nuances like type of construction, irrigation patterns and trade wind flows, along with lifestyle choices like schools, churches, and sporting activities.   She stays abreast of community events, as well as state and federal initiatives, so that she can help clients price their homes correctly to sell or find a great opportunity for her clients to buy in their desired neighborhood.

Beth understands how busy life can be, so she aims to make every transaction as easy and smooth as possible. She has built close working relationships with professionals like loan officers, home inspectors, stagers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, cleaners, movers, landscapers, etc., so when the need arises, she can call in supportive people in right away.

The majority of Beth’s business comes through referrals from past clients, business associates, and friends.  She appreciates this and knows it is a result of her attention to detail, client first approach, and business structure. She has a “Client Care” program where she supports her clients before, during, and after they have bought or sold their home. She enjoys being everyone’s “Real Estate Resource”, their “Go-To Connection” here in Hawaii.

Born in California, her parents' careers in Marketing and Human Resources brought the family to Hawaii, when Beth was just 4 years old. Raised primarily on the windward side of Oahu, she enjoys outdoor adventures and ocean sports.  She studied computer programming and operations in college and joined Bank of Hawaii shortly after graduating, where she enjoyed a 25-year career in leadership, overseeing the sales and operations of Branches. Beth is business savvy, techy, and loves to educate her clients. Although she has retired from banking, she still likes reading and staying current with the economic trends, both in Hawaii and nationally.  If needed, she also likes to discuss estate planning with her clients and assists them with reviewing, establishing, or updating their trust documents, to make sure everything is current and in order.

Together, with her husband Ward, they have raised three beautiful young adult daughters, cared for aging parents, and are currently enjoying two fun-filled family dogs, Molly and Bear.  She has actively served for many years on the Advisory Board of the Windward Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, volunteered at multiple schools over the years and currently mentors a few young adult women. She enjoys her time at the Kaneohe Yacht Club, Anchor Church, Toastmasters, and working with veterans through the Wounded Warrior and K-Bay’s MCCS programs. She also loves traveling, spending time with her multi-generational family, and getting together with friends.
