Dennis grew up in Redondo Beach, CA and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business; Marketing in 1989. He subsequently moved to Seattle where he began his sales career selling life insurance. His success as an agent in the insurance industry moved him quickly into management with an international firm where he started his own agency serving Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. He was then promoted to manage and oversee the states of Hawaii and Alaska in 1997 for the same firm. His sales region became one of the highest producing in the US and Canada during his tenure. After thirteen years in the life insurance industry and having received numerous awards over those years, Dennis decided to change gears and obtain his real estate license and follow his passion after having read the book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. Licensed in 2005, Dennis began his real estate career with local Hawaii firm, Locations and obtained his Broker’s license in 2009 and has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since January 2021 .

Dennis has completed over 200 transactions all across Oahu for over $100 Million in sales and received numerous sales awards. He currently works out of the Coldwell Banker Realty Kailua office and is happy to serve a variety of clients whether they be investors, first time home buyers, military and those upgrading or downsizing their residence.

Dennis is also a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance broker for Pyramid Insurance which allows him to serve his buyer clients when they purchase homes. He is an active member of his Catholic Church, a third degree member of the charitable and fraternal organization, Knights of Columbus, teaches religious education for adults and serves with the Basic Christian Community on Oahu. He also is a member of the four-time Na Hoku Hanohano Award nominated group, BEAT-LELE, performing Beatles songs on Ukulele’s with Dennis playing cajon and percussion performing at venues throughout Hawaii and abroad. Dennis is also an author having penned an autobiography based on his spiritual conversion experience in Yugoslavia in 1989, available on Amazon.

His passions are anything related to The Beatles, music, reading, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with his wife, Min and helping people whenever he can.
