I grew up on the Windward side of Oahu and Graduated from Kailua High School. I attended Hawaii Pacific University on a full ride scholarship where I received my Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurial Studies. After college I moved to San Diego to pursue a career in retail. There, I was consistently ranked amongst the top 5 sales people at one of the highest volume stores in the country. It was a great experience that lead me to take an “early retirement” and travel to so many amazing places. Three years and 27 countries later, I found myself back in my favorite place in the world, Hawaii. Wanting to provide something more fulfilling than just helping clients get good deals on shoes and handbags, I decided to shift gears and help families invest their money and build wealth through real estate.

Coming from a middle income family, I know the sacrifices my parents made to just barely get by here in Hawaii. Thankfully my mother started early and purchased her first condo when she was just 20 years old. Interest rates were at an all-time high of 17.5% and making such a large purchase terrified her. She managed to continually make her monthly mortgage payments and after a few years, sell that condo and purchase a single family home on Kauai where I was born. Many years later my parents are now able to leverage their forever home in Kailua as a partial rental which has allowed my dad to retire and my mom to enjoy all of her hobbies. It’s stories like theirs that really inspire me to help families purchase their first, second or even fifth property and build wealth for themselves and generations to come.
