Cindy is very passionate about real estate. She got her start in Shenzhen, China, where she worked for large developers in project sales and marketing. Back then, real estate sales was relatively new in Mainland China. Cindy says she was there when it all started. Cindy quickly became one of the top producers. Her early success in real estate encouraged her to seek for higher achievements, she came to the U.S. to obtain an MBA degree, and a certificate in real estate investment management & marketing from UCLA. While in Los Angeles attending graduate school, Cindy came to Hawaii on vacation, and immediately fell in love with the islands. She says that Honolulu has the culture and feel like living in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, with its clean environment, coastal weather and strong Asian culture. Cindy keeps up with the business world in China by staying in touch with the business community and is always following current events.

Cindy’s outstanding negotiating and communication skills comes naturally for her, giving her clients the edge needed to navigate the competitive Hawaii real estate market. She really takes the time to understand her client’s needs and priorities, always putting herself in their position, so she can provide the best service and guidance for their decision making. Cindy is a bilingual speaking real estate agent, fluent in English, Chinese ~ both Mandarin and Cantonese.
