Kelsey Hamilton is an Atlanta Native hailing from a family that is rooted in real-estate and financial services. Driven and charismatic from a young age, Kelsey began a career in modeling at the age of six and went into the music and entertainment industry into her 20s. She grew up in East Cobb and went to Walton High and then KSU for studies in Digital Media Productions. Her first job in real estate began in 2010 in the Multifamily industry where she learned leasing and property management in distressed properties. Soon after, she moved to new luxury lease ups. In her first lease up community she leased 32 units in just one day bringing the property to 100% capacity. Soon, she became the regional marketing director for tax credit properties and found a passion in creating better living conditions and opportunities for residents in government assisted programs. In 2019 she decided it was time to get her license and sold 29 properties in her first year. Kelsey is also a fine artist and frequently is commissioned for artwork and interior design.
