I will listen carefully to your individual needs and concerns and work within your budget and time frame. I will communicate with you regularly and be available for you at all reasonable hours. This is not my hobby or part-time job.

BACKGROUND

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in international logistics and account management for General Electric and for Motorola. In the corporate world, I sharpened my negotiation skills, computer skills, and time management skills. I also expressed my long-time interest in real estate through actively acquiring, managing, renovating and selling investment properties.

PERSONAL

I am a native Georgian although I have lived in other places (including 7 years in Chicago) and enjoy world travel. I have lived in the Morningside / Virginia Highland area since 1998 and become an expert in the Intown market.
