Tracy was born and raised in Huber Heights (Dayton), Ohio . She graduated from The Ohio State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in marketing. Tracy managed various small businesses and worked as a project manager of a marketing firm prior to moving to Orlando, Florida in early 2000.
Tracy has been successfully selling real estate throughout Central Florida for fifteen years, and has received various sales awards for her efforts. She has experience in a broad range of transactions and has a reputation for her professionalism, reliability and ability to get the contract closed. Most of her business has been built on referrals. Tracy focuses her practice in East Orlando, East and Central Orange County, Oviedo and Winter Springs and other Seminole County locations but is knowledgeable and has closed transactions all over the Orlando Metro area. Tracy has a broad network of independent professionals to assist in facilitating real estate sales for both sellers and buyers.
Tracy has lived in East Orange County since 2000, and now resides with her 21 year old daughter (who attends Colorado State University) and 18 year old son in Avalon Park. She is actively involved in the Timber Creek High School PTA, East Orange Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis and The Ohio State University Central Florida Alumni Association. Due to Tracy's increased sales volume, she has now hired an administrative assistant to help all transactions run smoothly. Also on her team is a full time, licensed, marketing director who handles all inbound and outbound sales leads and the most up to date marketing to help get your home sold quickly.
