Meet the Porter Team:

Dan Porter

A 15 time Presidents Circle award winner (top 5% of agents nationwide in Coldwell Banker for the year). Dan Porter and his team have been a fixture in Pinellas County real estate for decades. Dan and his teams extensive knowledge of the area's real estate market help Sellers sell their home for top dollar. A Navy Veteran, Dan believes that in selling real estate as in life "preparation is the key to success".

Joel Porter

Before joining The Porter Team, Joel graduated from the University of Florida Law School (Levin College of Law) in 2012. Joel gave up pursuing a career in law to pursue selling real estate with his Dad. As the team's media director, Joel has helped grow the team to new heights.

Dan Porter Jr.

Before joining the Porter Team, Daniel started selling new homes for DR Horton, a National Builder. He was the top producer in his second year for the entire North West Florida Region. Daniel would then join the St. Joe company and lead them in home sales. Dan Jr has continued that success since joining his brother Joel and his Dad, Dan Sr.
