Judy Dibert is a Relator for Coldwell Banker specializing in Marco Island real estate. As a Marco Island snow bird for over 15 years and a full-time resident as of 2018, Judy understands what makes Marco Island a special place for any individual, couple or family and has a keen awareness of how the real estate market has evolved in recent years.

Prior to permanently relocating to Marco Island, Judy was a realtor in Columbus, Ohio for over 40 years where she concentrated on residential homes and condominiums. While she cherished her job and the city she had always called home, she spent her life escaping the Ohio winters to various parts of Florida in search of the perfect home-away-from-home, a search that was completed the first time she crossed the bridge to Marco Island in 2003. Her affinity for Marco Island ultimately led her and her husband, Don, to relocate to Marco Island permanently – and they have since convinced their children to follow suit.

Judy is thrilled to continue her passion for real estate in her beloved Marco Island and looks forward to working with buyers interested in calling Marco Island home and sellers who already understand what makes Marco Island so special. Outside of practicing real estate, Judy enjoys spending time with her growing family and socializing with friends at her favorite Marco Island restaurants.

Judy studied at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and the Real Estate Institute. She received her Sales License in 1974, Broker’s License in 1975 and earned her Real Estate License from both the Florida and Ohio Real Estate Boards.
