As a REALTOR and a State Certified Residential Appraiser, Jeff has worked on a broad range of real estate assignments including single-family homes, condominiums, manufactured homes and investment properties.

In 2003, Jeff started his independent real estate career in Las Vegas, Nevada as a real estate appraiser and within 3 years expanded the scope of his business and staff to include Knoxville, Tennessee, Reno, Nevada and Richmond, Virginia.

In 2004, he was selected as one of the primary appraisers on the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage appraiser panel in the rapidly developing market area of Reno, Nevada based on his customer service, turn-around times and completeness of his assignments.

In 2011, Jeff became a full-time resident of Naples, Florida when he fulfilled a long-standing commitment to his father to provide at home care in his time of need. Having passed the National Appraiser Exam for the State of Florida in 2011, he has continued to expand his real estate knowledge and experience in Collier County, Florida.

For 5 years, Jeff worked for the Honorable Abe Skinner in the Collier County Property Appraiser’s office covering the East Naples, South Naples and Marco Island areas.

Now with Coldwell Banker, Jeff is maintaining a presence in the Marco Island office as a Real Estate Sales Associate while he continues to maintain his home in East Naples and his good-standing as a Certified Residential Appraiser.

Jeff has 3 children who live in the Richmond, Virginia area. His youngest child, JC attends the University of Richmond.

Jeff enjoys SCUBA diving with his son in the Caribbean, hunting in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, fishing out of Miami/The Keys, and travelling to see family and friends in his home town and the greater New England area.
