Ron and Bozena have received this award a combined total of 30 times ranking them in the Top 1% of local agents with this number of multiple awards. Based on an independent survey of recent home buyers, the Five Star Award is based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, post-sale service, finding the right home, marketing of the home, overall satisfaction, and a favorable regulatory and complaint-history review.
