This longevity comes from my commitment to buyers and sellers. It is the recommendations from my clients that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful. Over 90% of my business is from repeat clients and past client referrals. For that, I am thankful to all of the buyers and sellers I have been so fortunate to work with over the years.
I was born and raised in Newport Michigan a small community in Southeast Michigan right on Lake Erie. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2001. Shortly after graduation I discovered my love for real estate. I worked as a New Home Sales Adviser for a large national home builder in Michigan. I enjoyed selling homes for builders and had many successes, achievements and awards earned throughout my New Home Sales career. Just over 17 years ago my husband and I moved to East Manatee County and I began selling for another large national home builder.  In 2009 I decided to transition my career to general real estate, it didn't take me long to figure out that I had found my dream job!
I have been married to my best friend Tim for 20 years and we have 2 boys- Nathan is 11 and Jacob is 17. As a family we enjoy taking advantage of our beautiful Florida weather as much as we can. Spending time on the water, outdoor activities and watching our boys play hockey all top our list for family fun time!
I have been helping clients buy and sell homes full-time for over 20 years and I could not imagine myself doing anything different. Education and continually staying on top of industry trends, requirements and changes is very important to me and essential to be able to do the best job for my clients. I have partnerships with a team of top industry professionals that assist me in making sure each transaction is a success from start to finish. For me communication is key in every transaction. I work exclusively with electronic documents and e-signature so I make working with me as easy as possible for everyone involved in the transaction.
In 2018 I was the recipient of the 2018 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award for my sales volume and superior customer service to my clients. In 2019 and again in 2020 I exceeded my prior year sales and once again recognized in the Coldwell Banker Best of Blue International Sterling Society. In 2023 I was awarded the International Diamond Society, an award given out to the top 7% of agents internationally.
