After 15 years in the Sporting Goods business as a manufacture's representative responsible for sales, service, marketing, product knowledge and customer relation - Scott entered the Real Estate industry in 1991. Based in Edina, MN, Scott had a 20 year career with Burnet Realty which became Coldwell Banker Burnet. Scott achieved the Presidents Club and is an accredited relocation specialist, new construction specialist and organized and managed a sale team representing local builders. Scott moved to Fort Myers, FL in 2011 to join Coldwell Banker Realty and continue his career in Southwest Florida. He has won numerous sales awards, initiated Coldwell Banker's Toys for Tots program, works closely with out of state agents referring customers and continues to advise new agents and past customers. Scott has been awarded USAA's top agent in Florida for customer satisfaction. Scott is ready and knowledgeable to assist in all Real Estate transactions.

As a real estate professional, I understand the true value of our community. I proudly support our local charitable organizations through my participation in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES. Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES has donated over $1.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, we’ve sponsored 12 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide, with several more in progress. This initiative continues to position Coldwell Banker as a leader in support of this truly worthwhile organization.
