Southwest Florida REALTOR® Patricia Smith has never met a stranger. She loves getting acquainted with new people, and if they’re in search of a home, she’ll joyfully assist them in finding just the right one.  

Trish doesn’t refer to herself as a sales person. Instead, she considers herself a matchmaker. She introduces families and individuals to homes until they find the one they love, whether it takes two days or two years. When she represents the seller, she goes all out with marketing to match the home with that just right buyer.

While she is well-known for her professionalism and area knowledge, Trish says this isn’t a job, because she loves what she does!  For her, there is nothing more rewarding than getting a family into a new home.

Before turning her love of helping people into a career as a REALTOR®, Trish was a supervisor of computer drafters at a public utility company. There she developed her listening and team building skills, as well as her proficiency with web development and the Microsoft suite of products. Today she uses those skills to better understand and serve her clients’ wants and needs and to market her listings on line.  

To further refine her abilities, Trish earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the Senior Residential Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, and Waterfront Specialist from the National Association of Realtors®.  Currently, she is working on her GRI or Graduate of the Realtor Institute which is a prestigious certification that only a small percentage of  Realtors® have.

A lifetime resident of Crittenden County, Arkansas, Trish has always been an involved member of the community. Since her move to Ft Myers in October 2021, Trish continues her volunteerism.  At present, she is the Chairperson of THE HUB at the St Jude FedEx Cup Championship with this being her 20^th year.

She lends financial and/or volunteer support for many local charities, including Animal Rescues and the First United Methodist Church of West Memphis.

Trish is a dedicated pet lover who shares her home with three rescued canines.

In addition to playing with her three dogs, Trish enjoys photography, acrylic painting, gardening, taking drives in the countryside, and traveling.
