I started my real estate career in 1995 with my own relocation company. In the years 2000 to 2006, I worked as a commercial real estate agent, this experience was a great foundation for my career in Residential real estate; I believe that buying a home, is one the most important decisions we make in our lives, and it is for many of us one of the most important equity builders that we have for our retirement thus I take the home buying process very seriously. I take pride in market knowledge I'm committed to exceeding my client's expectations by providing a full-service approach with attention to details, detailed market information, personalized attention the use of latest technologies.

I put my client's interest first and live by the "Golden rule", treating my clients and customers as I would like to be treated, believe that ongoing communications throughout the entire sale or purchase process is essential for a successful and stress-free process.

I moved to Southwest Florida as a full-time resident over five (5) years ago, my husband and I wanted the unique lifestyle that the area has to offer. I have been coming to the Fort Myers-Naples area for over 30 years to visit family, friends and to enjoy the great weather, the beaches and sunsets, the wonderful restaurants and people from all over the country that have made the same lifestyle decision and last but not least, the friendly and warm locals, which make the area such a special place to live.

Transitioning, from a visitor to a part time resident/investor and finally to making Fort Myers my home, has given me a hands-on insight and experience on what you need to know and consider when purchasing a property that will meet your goals and objectives, whether you are relocating into the area, buying a second home, an investment, downsizing or moving up.

In response to Southwest Florida's unique real estate market, I have analyzed the potential of the most desirable communities and what they have to offer to both permanent residents or seasonal.

Due to my husband's career, I have moved several times in my last my 20 years of real estate career, having been a real estate licensed agent during every step of the way; living and doing real estate in the different parts of the country has given me a broad appreciation and understanding of the real estate market and in how to meet the needs of my diverse customers and clients.

I am a member of the National association of Realtors, thus a "realtor" since 2006, Realtors are held to higher ethical standards. During my real estate career, I have been awarded with the Silver award from Better Homes Gardens, the Million-dollar club from Coldwell Banker Residential and when in Texas, I was a team member of one of the top 1% National real estate teams.

In addition to my real estate experience, I have over 20 years of managerial experience and a clear business understanding. When working with Sellers, my marketing strategies are geared towards selling the home in the least amount of time at the best price that the market can bear; when representing buyers, I take pride in guiding my clients in purchasing a home that meets their needs desires but is also a good investment for their future. I believe that numbers tell a story, when pricing a home for sale or a purchase, I analyze, recent sales, market trends and historical.
