Hailing from opposite ends of the country, the two powerhouses of Amy Admire and Catherine Van Til joined forces to create an unparalleled real estate team in the Coldwell Banker Realty Fort Myers family. To them, it has always been about the service they provide. Two is always better than one! The real estate industry is a busy one- these ladies realized quickly the benefits to divide and conquer and that's just what they do.

Amy was born and raised in Fort Myers, while Catherine relocated from Michigan, giving the pair a unique spectrum of experience, from
comprehensive local real estate knowledge to the challenges of relocation. Working in tandem, they are two full-time agents living and breathing their real estate business. Their shared values of a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and superb customer service set them apart from the crowd.


Continuing education is something they don't fall short on. As a team, Amy and Catherine have earned their accreditation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialists (RSPS). A graduate of the RPCRA Leadership Academy in 2018, and together they boast Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society award wins in 2017, 2019 and 2020 and a 2018 International President’s Circle award – designations that place them in the top 20% of all Coldwell Banker agents in North America.
